引張ばね加工専用機TFシリーズによる外環フック加工。この動画では、上からのトーションアタッチメントで一旦フックを成形した後、直線出しを行い、次に同じユニットを逆側から入れてコイル部成形に入っています。フックの起きる位置は右下のサポートツールが重要ですが、左上のスライドも線径溝を入れて、ワイヤー１本を確実に起こせるような工夫を行っています。このように、TFシリーズでは、ツールの形状やタイミングを変えることで、様々な形状の引張ばねの加工に対応しています。

Outside hooks by TF series, a machine specialized on extension spring making. In this video, first, the hook is formed using a torsion attachment from above, then straight line is formed, and then the same unit is inserted from the opposite side to form the body coils. The lower right support tool is important for the position where the hook is lefted up. The upper left slide has a groove for the tool to lift up the hook along the wire. TF series can process various types of extension springs by changing the shape and timing of the tools.
