引張ばねでは、熱処理後指定の初張力調整に時間がかかりますが、TFでは工夫がありますか？
TFシリーズでは、初張力調整機構がサーボ化されています。数値管理できますので、例えば、複数のパターンで熱処理を行い、適正値に近いものを選択していくなどの方法が取れます。
フックの先端を直線残しにしない加工は可能ですか？
TFシリーズでは、芯金切断が可能ですので、フック先端に直線を残さない加工が可能です。さらに斜めスライドを切断に使うことで、より短い先端の加工も可能になります。
VF800MFTに比べて、段取り時間が非常に短くなったと聞きますが、具体的にはどういう点ですか？
トーションアタッチメントやピッチがサーボ化されたので、カム調整がほとんどなくなりました。また、２次加工機の脱着機構の改善により、線替えや微調整時のジャッキを使った位置の再調整がなくなりました。新しいばねの場合、ほとんどのお客様に、「半分以下になった」と評価を頂いております。
イングランドフックの加工は可能ですか？
可能です。コイル部分をしっかり押さえてフックオコシをしますので、２コイルを起こしてしまうようなこともありません。イングランドに限らず、様々なフック形状の加工が可能です。
VF800MFTにあったセンタースライドがなくなっています。立体方向への曲げ加工は可能ですか？
立体曲げ加工用のツールと３次元トーションアタッチメントにより可能です

There are many cams on a machine front. Is the cam adjustment difficult and time-consuming?
The cams are for hook lifting and cutting. Their timing is same for almost any extesnion springs, so the cam adjustment is not always necessary. Torsion attachment(hook and coil making) and machine back(picth and coil diameter) have no cams and are servo-controlled.
Initial tension adjustment for specification after-heat treatment takes time. Does TF series have any improvement?
Initial tension adjustment mechanism is servo-controlled. Since numerical values can be managed, for example, heat treatment can be performed in multiple patterns and the one closest to the appropriate value can be selected.
Is it possible to make no-straight end hooks?
Yes. TF can use an arbor (mandrill) for no-straightend hooks. If you use an upper slide, you can make shorter hook ends.
I hear that the setup time is much shorter than the VF800MFT, but what exactly does that mean?
Since the torsion attachment and pitch are now servo-controlled, so cam adjustment is almost unnecessary. In addition, improved structure of second former has eliminated its position adjustment by a jack to change wire and to readjust spring shape. Most customers say that setup time for new springs has decreased by more than half.
Is it possible to make English hooks?
Yes. Hooks are lifted up with coiling portion tightly supported, so extra coils are not lifted up. Not only English hooks but also other various hook shapes can be made.
TF has no center slide which VF800MFT had. Is it possible to bend wire from back to front?
Yes. You can use back-and-forth movement of torsion attachment and the special tool for such hook bending.
