引張ばね加工専用機TFシリーズによるジャーマンフック加工。引張ばねの基本形の１つです。フック先端に直線部がないので、芯金を使った切断を行っています。トーション機では、先端に直線部が微妙に残るなど、精度を出すことができない加工です。

German hooks by TF series, a machine specialized on extension spring making. This hook is one of the basic hook shapes. The hook ends are not straight, so arbor (mandrill) is necessary to cut wire. It is difficult to make this no-straight ends by torsion spring machines because small straight portions remain at the ends of hooks.
