引張ばね加工専用機TFシリーズによる丸フック加工。引張ばねの基本形の１つです。ピッチツールで１巻き目を少し浮かせた後、右下のツールで押さえ、左上のツールをコイル間にすり込ませるように起こしています。左上スライドのツール形状も工夫の１つです。

TF makes a small gap between first and second coil by pitch tool, then supports the coil with lower right slide and lift it by upper left slide.
