CG60(現在は、RC60にモデルチェンジしています）によるD/dの小さい押ばねの芯金なし切断です。下のスライドで、小さなくさびを入れ、上のツール（形状にご注目）で掬い折るように切断しています。ばねの下の部分が切断されますので、下のスライドは、通常より前に出ています。

CG60 (The machine has been currently remodeled to RC60) cut the small-index compression spring without arbor (mandrill) by making a small wedge from the bottom side and scooping & folding from the upper side. Since the bottom part of the spring is cut off, the bottom tool is farther forward than normal.
