高精度な切断を実現する構造を教えてください
切断ユニットには、支点部にテーパーローラベアリングを採用して、前後・上下荷重に強い構造です。またタイミングベルトの採用で、切断時の衝撃吸収を行い、経年劣化を防いでいます。
高精度なコイリングを実現する構造を教えてください
コイリングスライドにはボールねじを採用して、きめ細かな動きの設定が可能です。また、２本使用のリニアスライドの幅を広く取ることで、安定した動きを実現させています。
操作ソフトウェアに特長はありますか？
RC-60では圧縮ばね用の新ソフトウェアを搭載しています。特長はいろいろありますが、補正機能により、実際のばね形状値を入力することで、自動的にプログラムを補正します。３回程度の補正で修正が狙った精度に完了可能です。また、ストレート以外のテーパ、鼓、樽、ビーハイブ用の形状生成機能を選択できます。

The feed mechanism uses carefully selected parts such as tapered roller bearings and high quality reducers.
How is the highly precise wire feeding achieved?
The cutting unit uses a tapered roller bearing at the fulcrum for strong resistance to longitudinal and vertical loads. Additionally, a timing belt is used to absorb shock during cutting and prevent deterioration over time.

The coiling slides uses ball screws for fine and precise tool position settings. In addition, the wide width of the two linear slides brings stable movement.
Are there any features in SPC-50 operation software?
RC-60 is equipped with new software for compression springs. It has various features, but the correction function automatically corrects the program by inputting the actual spring shape values. Corrections can be completed to the desired accuracy with about 3 corrections. The software make automatically make programming data not only for straight, but also for taper, hourglass, barrel, and beehive shapes of springs.
