Since our founding in 1961, we have been engaged in the "spring machine manufacturing" business by sincerely facing technology, quality and customers. "Springs" play an important role in various places such as important safety parts of automobiles.
We believe that "technology and quality" in our business is "Realization of Repeatability". In other words, the movement of each part of our machines is precisely repeated to process wire material into "Springs". The first "spring" and the millionth "spring" produced from our products must have the same shape. Beds and frames are foundations of machines, numerous parts make up processing units, and electrical components and software control machine operation. All processes such as designing, development, inspection, finishing and assembly at the manufacturing site are carried out to achieve "Repeatability."
We also believe that the mission of our after-sales service is to "provide trust and sacurity keeping the customer's business in mind". Through daily communication with customers, we exchange information firmly and respond quickly. In addition, in the event of a trouble, etc., we contact the customer quickly and make sure that the customer's production is restored as soon as possible.
Currently, we have customers in 35 countries and regions around the world, including Japan. The business environment of spring manufacturers is likely to change with electrification of automobiles and growing complexity of international affairs. In order to contribute to the manufacturing of our customers, we will continue to improve our "technology and quality" for "Repeatability" and continue to cherish our direct relationship with our customers.
