切断してから、上部ツールでワークを保持したまま、
回転させ、曲げ加工を行っています。
切断前にこの加工をしようとすると、
ワークが長過ぎて、回転させたときに、機械の前面に衝突します。

長い直線を出すときにも、
上部ツールの中を沿わすことで、ガイドのような役割となり、
ワイヤーのブレを防いでいます。

NFAシリーズは、
左右のXY２次元駆動ユニットに加え、
上部にXYZ３次元ユニットを有する多機能トーション機。
6mm材、8mm材に対応する大型タイプもラインナップしています。

After cutting, the workpiece is held by the upper tool
and is rotated to perform the bending process.
If this process were attempted before cutting,
the workpiece would be too long and would collide with the front of the machine when rotated.

Even when producing long straight lines, the upper tool acts as a guide, preventing the wire from vibrating.

The NFA series is a functional torsion machine equipped with left and right XY 2D drive units, as well as an upper XYZ 3D drive unit.
Large models compatible for 6mm (.236") and 8mm (.314") wire are also available.

NFA23による上スライドの前後移動を活用した2.3mm材の長尺物加工です。短い両端をハサミ切断で２度切り、後ろフックの加工を、上スライドのWスピンドル機能でワークを切断後もつかんでおいて、別のスライドで保持角度を変え、後曲げで行っています。加工空間も深く、振回しにもご注目。

NFA-23 for long torsion spring. The machine cuts the both short end with scissors cutter (twice cutting), and bends the rear hook after cutting with the grabbing function of the upper unit (W spindle, XYX movement). Pay attention also to the wide processing space.
