標準トーション機NFA23による銅平角線（2*3mm)のアキシャルギャップモーターコイル加工。CNC多軸トーション機のきめ細かい位置決めや速度調整により、エッジワイズコイリングを実現しています。マシン後方には、エナメル剥離装置を設置し、剥離タイミングを制御した付加価値加工を行っています。
Axial gap motor coil processing of copper flat wire (2*3mm, .078″*.118″) by our standard torsion machine NFA23. Edgewise coiling is achieved by the fine positioning and speed adjustment of a CNC multi-axis torsion machine. An enamel peeling device is installed at the rear of the machine to perform value-added processing by controlling the timing of peeling.
