What is the advantage of vertical coiling?
The biggest advantage is that function to take out rings because rings fall down automatically after cutting. This advantage make the production faster and mechanical structures simpler.
Does RG series use any hydraulic mechanism?
No. All RG units are servo-controlled. There is no need for regular hydraulic valves or oil changes.
What kinds of cut shapes can RG series make?
Various cut shapes can be realized by ingenuity of the mold. You can apply your know-how to RG molds.
How many RG series have been sold?
Over than 40 RG machines have been sold and are working around the world including in Japan.
Can RG series also make non-perfect round rings?
Yes. The coiling slide and recoil pin are servo-controlled and thei position can be changed during automatic operation to make non-perfect round rings.
