What features do SHINKO torsion machines have in spring processing?

The features include the standard equipped W spindle units and 3D (XYZ) movement of the manufacturing units. The structures work well for springs with multi bending R or necessary to be widely swung during automatic operation. The unit back-and-forth movement also works well for coiling in terms of rigidity and diameter adjustment.

Which do you think is the best torsion machine?

Unlike compression springs and extension springs, there are a wide variety of shapes in torsion springs. In other words, there is no perfect torsion machine for every torsion spring. Isn’t it important to understand and utilize the characteristics of each model in preparation for the various spring characteristics?

What features does the operation software have?

It is easy to come up with ways to increase the processing speed. There are two stages in setup for torsion spring: 1) creating the shape, and 2) improving the production speed. Torsion springs require more processes than compression or extension springs, so in step 2, it is important to reduce waste between each process. Our motion chart function allows programming data to be visualized, making it easy to correct the programming data such as eliminating waste.

What positioning does NF series have in SHINKO torsion machines?

NF12, NF23, NF32, and NF40 are in the series. NF series is our standard model for torsion springs and is relatively simple but has sufficient functions. The function to move the manufacturing units back and forth has been added to the conventional UF series, increasing versatility to process torsion springs.

What kinds of standard spindle tools are prepared?

There are 15 standard spindle tools which can make most of the patterns. Special tools can realize difficult shaped torsion springs with faster production speed.
