Does ME-02R make compression springs other than straight shape?
Yes. Since ME-02R is a camless NC machine, it is possible to freely and finely adjust diameter, pitch, etc. This makes it easier to make tapered shapes and uneven pitches, which are difficult to do with mechanical types.
How does ME-02R achieve wire feed quality?
The feed roll and shaft are integrated. The center runout of the roll axis is reduced to +-1/1000mm or less, achieving stable line feeding accuracy. In addition, the distance between the feed section and coiling section is designed to be minimal, and the structure prevents the material from twisting.
What is the minimum wire diameter that ME02R can handle?
A ME-02R user has actually handled 0.016mm (.00063″) wire.
Does ME-02R have one-pin coiling or two-pin coiling?
ME-02R has both one-pin type and two-pin type. Clients can select the model according to their spring specifications or know-how.
